3/4 cup almond meal/flour
2 scoops chocolate whey protein
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbs pb2
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/8 cup honey
Mix everything together. Will be very thick and sticky like cookie dough. Spoon 6 cookies on a sprayed baking pan. I created little caves in each cookie and added peanut butter co dark chocolate dreams peanut butter to the center then added the tiny bit of cookie mix I had to the top of each cookie covering the peanut butter. Baked on 350 for about 10mins

Freeze Pops
This is so simple!! Literally the steps is everything you see.
I took the left over berries I had which was strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. I added about 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt. Mixed it all together then filled the cups. Put them in the freezer and came out with these healthy frozen treats!
Protein Bars
Homemade protein bars!!! Yummm.
4 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder.
2 cups of oats
1/2 cup milk
5 tablespoons peanut butter
Where you can get creative. This is what I added:
1TB flaxseed
5 packets stevia
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
Put the peanut butter and milk in a bowl. Microwave the peanut butter and milk for 30 seconds to soften it so it mixes better. Add the protein powder and mix well. Fold in oats. Then add remaining ingredients. Put into a pan that is sprayed with non stick spray. Push it down with your hand or spatula. Put in fridge for 2 hours. Cut and enjoy!
