Hey all! I’m Felicia and my sole purpose of this blog is to share my personal tips and advice, favorite websites, magazines, recipes, personal progress and workouts for health and fitness. People often ask me “How did you lose weight?” or my favorite, “What’s your secret?” fortunately, there is no secret to losing weight. It just takes hard work, dedication, and consistency. Since I have been asked this so many times and I love sharing and helping others with their goals, I have decided to create the fit and sexy blog. I have experienced the ups and downs of weight loss myself. I am a regular person just like each of you, with real life experiences that you may be or will be dealing with as well. I was, at my highest, 198 pounds. Today I am 36 pounds lighter at 162 pounds. It was not easy and don’t think it stopped there, it is a lifestyle change!
