About Me

Hey all! I’m Felicia and my sole purpose of this blog is to share my personal tips and advice, favorite websites, magazines, recipes, personal progress and workouts for health and fitness. People often ask me “How did you lose weight?” or my favorite, “What’s your secret?” fortunately, there is no secret to losing weight. It just takes hard work, dedication, and consistency. Since I have been asked this so many times and I love sharing and helping others with their goals, I have decided to create the fit and sexy blog. I have experienced the ups and downs of weight loss myself. I am a regular person just like each of you, with real life experiences that you may be or will be dealing with as well. I was, at my highest, 198 pounds. Today I am 36 pounds lighter at 162 pounds. It was not easy and don’t think it stopped there, it is a lifestyle change!

    Amazing blog, I share the same story, within a year I went from 270lbs to 190lbs. Yes, indeed, it is truly a lifestyle change.

    Omg Felicia you look amazing! I want to go further in my fitness goals your such an inspiration to me. I first have to say thanks to you for the pics u post on IG they help me sorta stay on track. I see you live in Michigan I do as well I’m in the canton area. I would love to get a workout in with you. I usually all over lol I recently joined run this town I love the group everyone is so motivating in that group. I have slowed down a lot due to this annoying pain I have been feeling in my knee:( well anywho I would love to meet I’m not sure how to link up with u with out putting my personal info on here. Maybe email? Well let me knw ttys.

    I am so glad I found you. I started following you on instagram and just went through every post. I love your help honesty and I will now beginning stocking you joke but I am happy to find you. I just started working out again and I love that you post good ideas. That has been my main problem trying to come up with meals so that I don’t go for that quick fix. In a lot of your post you talked about your weekly meals and shopping list. Would you mind showing a weekly meal planner? For now I have so many recipes I want to try. Thanks for taking the tune to share your story.

      I don’t have a weekly planner unfortunately. I go to the farmers market buy fresh veggies and fruit. Go to the grocery store for meat and misc items and create things as I go. Sorry I can’t be much more help there. I really appreciate you! Thanks for the kind words

    Hi there I was the same and I am the same weight as you however not as toned because I lost the weight too fast. Have too much looseness going on… lol what can I do now to tune or is it too late??
