Turkey meat loaf

1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup oat bran
1 tbs minced garlic (I like garlic :-))
Cumin
Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Add to a baking bread pan sprayed with non stick spray

Bake on 350 for about 45 minutes

    how many servings is this for? 🙂

      I’d say 4 -5 since that’s usually the serving for a pack of 1 lb meat. 4 oz each
