27 Jun

1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey protein powder

And whatever else you like. I like adding cinnamon or cocoa powder or PB2. Sometimes all. Really up to you to get creative!
Cook in olive oil or coconut oil!

Wow, this is a good partner with a protein shake right? Just like I read from http://proteinpowder.mercola.com/pure-protein.html articles and similar products like these one, that protein shakes are good tasting if you mixed it with other flavors that are not awful in taste.

I like to take whey protein because it is easily absorbed by the body unlike Casein. *

Casein serves a different purpose. Most use it at bedtime since the protein is slower to absorb in the body and will work while you sleep
