Post workout Snack

This may sound weird but it’s so good! This is a snack I had for after I worked out and it was so good! I had some cottage cheese and added 1/2 banana with peanut butter, some cinnamon and flax seeds. I used to hate, absolutely hate cottage cheese. But I have grown to love it. It has some great nutritional value especially protein!
