Cinnamon Apple Muffins

This is from cleaneating.com they call these clean eating cinnamon apple muffins. They really turned out delicious!

2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 cup honey (I halfed the honey and used 5 packs of stevia also)
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 medium apple chopped
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix flour, cinnamon, chopped apples, and baking powder
3. In a separate bowl mix egg whites, honey, stevia, oil, milk, and applesauce
4. Mix the two bowls together,
5. Line muffin Tin with paper and spray with non stick cooking spray
6. Put mix into tins
7. Bake 15-20 minutes
