Today’s lunch is turkey burgers with cooked spinach on the side.
The recipe for the turkey burgers:
1 lb ground turkey
2 egg whites
1/2 cut oats
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together well. (I used my hands)
Then make into about 6 patties. Cook on a hot skillet until done!
I say get creative with what veggies you want to add.
