Anyway, Just sharing my workout that I did this morning. Worked the glutes, thighs, and calfs.
10 min warm up on treadmill
Single leg deadlift. 15 lb kettle bell 3X20
Straight leg standing cable extension 3X15
Wide leg deadlift. 30 lb kettle bell 3X20
Abduction machine. 80 lbs 3X30
Walking lunges with kickbacks 3X30
One leg squat 3X20
Plank glute lift 3X20
Standing calf raise 3X20
Seated calf raise 3X20
Donkey calf raise 3X20
