Night Repair Shake

For my final food experiment of the evening…night time repair shake. I took this from oxygen magazine. It’s said to be good to keep your muscles growing while you sleep. We shall see.
6oz skim milk
1/2 banana
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tbs natural peanut butter
1 scoop protein
Ice cubes
Blend all ingredients

It’s really tasty as well!

    This looks so good! Unfortunatly I am allergic to bananas…it’s really so annoyiny because they can be used for so many things.
