I need to vent

I hate to do it, but i just have to relieve some frustration.
I do not understand why some seem to think they will lose weight and have their ideal body by talking about it. Some just do not want to put the work in! Would exercise but still eat terrible. Or may change the way they eat but not exercise. Even those that think they will drop 20 pounds in a week….omg. Prolly the most common mistake i see people make. Its so frustrating! There is no quick fix. Sorry to say but it does not work like that. Work and dedication is required to achieve most fitness goals. Stop wishing and hoping for results and get off your lazy bums and just do it!
